Calibro V1.3 is a custom developed Microsoft Excel worksheet that can be used as a database for calibration. Calibro has been created to save a lot of work and to maintain a healthy calibration system, meeting the requirements of various standards and regulations (like ISO).
This advanced tool is in the format of a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet coded with Visual Basic. Documentation in the form of an Adobe Acrobat PDF is included with the spreadsheet to instruct the user how to use the product.
Features of this calibration system include:
- Ability to add items through an interactive menu. You can add virtually as many items as you want to the list.
- Ability to find items that are due for calibration within a user-specified time period.
- Ability to send a pre-composed email to personnel with the serial numbers of the items that are due within a user-specified time period.
- Ability to automatically print out reports.
- Help menu.
- The rows are alternately colored for easy use.
- Ability to copy and paste from other spreadsheets. This would mean an easy transition to the new system.
- Keep records and a space for as-found state.
