Reference: This section includes over 950 pages of invaluable charts, formulas and rich content. The Six Sigma Roadmap is only included in the instructor version.

Case Studies: Provide real-life examples of applying the DMAIC process across several industries.

Glossary: Contains terms and abbreviations that are easily accessed through the alphabet toolbar.

Black Belt Challenge: Test your knowledge of each DMAIC phase, and quickly evaluate, grade and correct your answers.

Toolbox: Contains application macros such as scorecards, simulations, Excel analysis spreadsheets and Minitab files.
