Gianna C. Clark has more than 25 years of experience in the manufacturing and energy business. She has served in director level positions for more than 15 years primarily in the areas of quality assurance, supply chain management and continuous improvement. Gianna is Vice President Customer Operations for Dominion Virginia Power.

Clark is a Certified Master Black Belt. She has published numerous articles, is active in industry forums and advisory boards, frequently presents at industry conferences and is a featured "blogger" for iSixSigma Blogosphere.

In January 2008 she was awarded Deployment Leader of the Year at the IQPC Process Excellence Awards.
