The DFSS Design and Implementation scorecard template is a basic Design for Six Sigma tool that enables a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt to predict the future Design performance of a product or of a process at implementation time. To do so, this tool provides both a Predictive design scorecard and a Verified implementation scorecard which allows a product/process design made of up to ten Continuous CTQs and ten Discrete CTQs.
